1.将魔芋切稍粗的条焯水祛除碱味沥水,鸭子或鸭腿斩块冷水下锅煮出血水洗净沥水。泡椒,泡姜,小米辣斜切块,酸菜切小块,生姜,蒜切片,干辣椒切小段,花椒备好。[img]https://s4.cdn.jiaonizuocai.com/caipu/201610/2313/231321297843.jpg/MjUwX2MyOjEvM15yYjI6MS84XzE4MA.webp[/img]
